Good to know
- Arrival and departure: On the day of arrival, our rooms will be available from 1 p.m. On the day of departure, we ask you to leave the rooms within 10 a.m. Upon request and according to availability, you can use our Early Check-in and Late Check-out services.
- Holiday Pass: With the Holiday Pass Valdaora you can use all public transport throughout South Tyrol for free.
- Smoking: According to Italian law, smoking is forbidden in our rooms and in the whole hotel. Of course, you are free to smoke on our terrace and in the garden.
- Four-legged friends: Your 4-legged friend is welcome free of charge. However, pets are not allowed in our dining room.

How to reach us
By car & motorcycle
From the north/south/west: Leave the Brenner motorway (A22) at the exit Bressanone/Brixen, follow the Val Pusteria state road (SS49) to the industrial area of Rasun/Rasen. At the "Dolomiten" guesthouse turn right towards Valdaora/Olang and continue to the Valdaora train station. Our hotel is located a few meters further on the right side.
From the east: Drive via Lienz to San Candido/Innichen, follow the Val Pusteria state road (SS49) to the industrial area of Rasun/Rasen. By bus & train
By train you can reach the junction of Fortezza/Franzensfeste from both north and south. From here, several regional trains take you to the station of Valdaora/Olang. Our hotel lies only a few meters away from the train station.
